How do I get the discount?

You’ll find the code on each participating product page, just below the price. Copy it and enter it at checkout.

When does the event end?

The Customer Appreciation Event runs October 23 to October 29, 2026, and ends at 12 p.m. ET on October 29.

What discounts are included?

We are offing 10% off frames and 20% off art during this event. Discounts will be automatically applied so you'll never miss the deal. Gift cards are not included in this promotion. 

How long will my order take?

Every piece is made to order and usually ships within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after that. Framed and canvas pieces can take a little longer.

Can I use my First Dibs Club code too?

No, your First Dibs Club code can’t be combined with this promotion. It’ll still be there for your next order.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes. Canadian orders are built and shipped from our Canadian warehouse, so there are no duties or border delays.

What if I don't love it?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, as long as it hasn't been hung and is in its original condition. Return shipping is on you unless it arrived damaged or wrong.
